At Gift Savvy we aim to overwhelm our customers with satisfaction. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition.
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 15 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, in the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return, at our cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
Products that are cancelled or unwanted will attract a Restocking Fee of 15%. Cancelled or unwanted products returned after 14 days will attract Restocking Fees of 25%. Cancelled or unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure that all original items including packaging etc… are returned. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. If you could contact us via email letting us know of your plan to make a return as soon as you can it would be greatly appreciated. Please choose your gifts wisely.
Making a return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply complete the Returns Form with all relevant details and put it with the returning product in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

Refunds
Whether you are a customer from Australia or overseas we are happy to:
- credit your credit card
- or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future Gift Savvy purchase and is valid for 12 months
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
- a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded minus 15% for restocking
Exchanges
To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new product you require on the Returns Form. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
